INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VALUATION

Nanotech/Cleantech IP Valuation Workshop will include a panel of experts from a private equity group, a U.S. multinational corporation, an emerging nano-enabled cleantech company, and a prominent IP valuation firm. Participants in this Workshop will gain key insights into how today's PE investors, technology companies, and IP finance professionals estimate the value of the IP of a target cleantech company, whether as an investment or an acquisition, during the due diligence process.

STATE OF THE MARKET & CASE STUDIES

The State of the Nano-Enabled, Clean-Tech Investment Workshop will address the implications and investment opportunities for nanotech and advanced materials. Case study illustrations will be offered by leading industry experts to outline and exemplify best practices and deal strategies. Models of innovation and R&D will be offered, as well as an overview on the current market and an assessment of commercial viability of these products.
